Provenance
Each job carries source, source_slug, source_endpoint, and directory_verified_at.
Lifecycle
Open and closed are explicit states. Closure feeds include timestamps and machine-readable reasons.
Unknown stays unknown
Missing salary, location, or employment-type fields are omitted instead of guessed.
