Interface Coordinator

For over 25 years, INTECSEA has provided frontier technology leadership for the energy industry’s most challenging offshore field development and pipeline projects.   Position Summary:   Responsible for managing interfaces that will drive action at every level throughout a project.  This position will follow and enforce a comprehensive interface management process around project interfaces both internal and external.   Typical Responsibilities:   • Ensure that interfaces are documented for identified and critical interfaces. • Ensure that identification and definition of information and system interfaces is carried out within the project teams through during all project phases. • Manage and control the Interface Management process and ensure that interface procedures and documentation is produced by each project team. • Hold regular meetings with project interface coordinators. • Resolve conflicts over accountabilities around interfaces. Job Requirements   Functional Requirements:   Proficient with web applications. Ability to conduct presentations. Working knowledge of equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications and required standards applicable to discipline. Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Sales experience is a plus.   Education & Experience:   Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.  10 or more years working in Subsea Engineering. 3 or more years doing Interface Coordination.   QHSE Requirements:   Learns & ensures compliance with the INTECSEA Quality Management System, including preparing of project specific procedures and in accordance with HSE Guideline for INTECSEA Personnel.
