You will serve as a technical expert in the field, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring equipment performance, reliability, and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor technology, collaborate with global teams, and support customers across domestic and international locations.</p> <hr> <h2>What You Will Be Working On</h2> <ul> <li>Perform installation, qualification, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair activities on complex semiconductor capital equipment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related equipment issues in customer manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Provide timely and professional technical support to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Interpret and utilize electronic and electro-mechanical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.</li> <li>Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements as required.</li> <li>Document service activities, maintenance actions, and technical findings accurately and thoroughly.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer teams to resolve complex issues and improve equipment performance.</li> <li>Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset while working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and facilities.</li> <li>Travel domestically and internationally (25–75%) to support customer installations and service requirements.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What We Are Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military technical training.</li> <li>5+ years of field service, customer support, or semiconductor manufacturing experience involving complex capital equipment.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills with complex microprocessor-controlled electro-mechanical systems.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical schematics and drawings.</li> <li>Experience performing preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, and system diagnostics.</li> <li>Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters (DVMs), and common diagnostic tools.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with limited supervision while thriving in a team environment.</li> <li>Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What Sets You Apart</h2> <ul> <li>Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment in wafer fabrication environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of vacuum systems, closed-loop gas control systems, and electro-pneumatic controls.</li> <li>Experience with RF-induced plasma technologies.</li> <li>Familiarity with robotics, motion control systems, and microprocessor-based controllers.</li> <li>Understanding of software fundamentals and equipment control systems.</li> <li>Experience handling or working around toxic and/or flammable gases and chemicals in semiconductor environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies and root-cause analysis techniques.</li> <li>Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service in demanding production environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated technical expertise and the ability to serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting and issue resolution.</li> <li>Ability to mentor and support junior technicians while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues in high-volume manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Commitment to operational excellence, customer success, and a strong safety culture.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="fai-CopilotMessage__actions rmlvq19 ___7qar2c0 fcthzvy" data-tabster="{"mover":{"cyclic":false,"direction":2,"memorizeCurrent":true}}"> <div class="___1akvep3 f22iagw f1vx9l62 fdr99fa fly5x3f"&gt
