Senior QA Engineer Smart Health & Fitness Device Company

This opening is to be the first QA engineer hire for a smart medical device company whose product is an affordable hand held device that reads peoples body fat, muscle quality and muscle fatigue then displays/stores the data on a smart phone (iOS and Android so far). We have many other neat features in the works that you will be privy to once hired.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Create automated processes whenever possible - Assure the full functionality of the smart device, iOS app and Android app - Create detailed test plans maximizing test coverage - Become an intricate part of the engineering process - Help on-board and train future QA engineering hires   MUST:  - Background of working in detail oriented QA teams.  - Have a history QA'ing mobile (Android, iOS, etc.).   PLUS:  - History working with smart devices  - Have led QA teams before (hands on)  - Release engineering background - Some basic software engineering background   The products technology is based on 15 years of research and 70 publications by a world renowned Harvard Medical School Professor. The company is headed up by an MIT EE PhD and holds several patents on the tech. We have already reached 7 figures of revenue selling to big pharma companies where the product is used in clinical trial research and we have just closed our Series A financing.
