Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience while reflecting the Club’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and excellence.  </p> <p>Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and ensure immediate engagement upon seating.</li> <li>Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating any allergies or dietary needs.</li> <li>Deliver a seamless service by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and correct order delivery.</li> <li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and drink pairings.</li> <li>Maintain exceptional table service—top up water, wine, and beverages proactively throughout the member’s stay.</li> <li>Ensure a pristine environment, including setting up and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness at all times.</li> <li>Handle member requests and special accommodations with flexibility to create memorable, personalized experiences.</li> <li>Support seamless payment through card, the Soho House App, or House Pay.</li> <li>Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.</li> <li>Contribute to team success, attending briefings, tastings, and assisting colleagues where needed.</li> </ul> <hr> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment. </li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure</li> <li>Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests</li> <li>Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School</li> <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed</li> <li>Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
