Tool Room Attendant/Driver

The Tooling and Unfinished Spares Attendant/Driver is responsible for the organization, tracking, inspection, and transportation of tooling and unfinished spare parts. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring materials are properly maintained, accurately documented, and delivered in a timely manner. The position requires safe operation of vehicles and equipment, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities · Follow all written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently. · Maintain organization and cleanliness of tooling and unfinished spares storage areas. · Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. · Transport, deliver, and pick up tools and unfinished spare parts as required. · Inspect tools and components for defects, damage, or missing parts; report discrepancies. · Maintain accurate records of tooling and unfinished spares using computer systems (Excel, Word, or equivalent). · Ensure proper documentation of all material movement and inventory transactions. · Perform all other duties as assigned or directed. On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the El Cajon, CA location.
