Vice President of Studio Operations

The Vice President of Studio Operations is a key member of the [solidcore] Leadership Team, responsible for the overall performance, growth, and culture of studio operations across all regions and markets. This is both a strategic and executional role — one that sets the vision for a world-class studio experience while rolling up their sleeves to ensure that vision becomes a consistent reality across all of our studios.   Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Studio Operations owns the full P&L for the North America studio fleet, leads a national organization of senior directors and field leaders, and partners cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, talent development, and brand consistency. This leader is the ultimate champion of the [solidcore] brand — ensuring quality, consistency, and an exceptional client experience at every location.
