What you´ll do Responsible for the strategic management of specific product categories, ensuring portfolio health across key metrics including P L. This role requires a strong understanding of end-user application needs and the ability to develop category solutions that enhance their work. Prior experience in the building materials industry, especially within the roofing sector, is a strong advantage. New Product Introduction Pricing Assessing Competitive Landscape Partnering with Product Management Global colleagues to improve speed to market Uncover new areas of growth for specific category using market data, industry trends and end-user insights Develop and maintain relationships with key departments. Maintain working knowledge of Brand goals strategies and customers initiatives in order to quickly assess project requirements. Maintain an open and enthusiastic communication style with internal customers in order to facilitate strong dynamic of customer focus, flexibility, and responsiveness. Proactively look for opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes
