This internship is designed to identify and develop the next generation of AI Engineers at Synpulse. We are looking for an AI Engineering Intern to join our team in Zurich from October 2026 (or by agreement) for a six-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent AI Engineering role upon successful completion. Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the financial industry—and we're looking for future AI Engineers who want to build what comes next. As an AI Engineering Intern, you will join our AI Engineering team in Zurich and work alongside experienced AI Engineers, Software Engineers and Consultants to develop innovative AI solutions for leading financial institutions. This is not a research-only internship. From your very first day, you will write code, build AI-powered applications, prototype new ideas and contribute to real client and internal projects. You'll work with state-of-the-art AI technologies—including AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—to transform cutting-edge AI into production-ready solutions. This internship is designed as a pipeline for future AI Engineers at Synpulse. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent AI Engineering position upon successful completion of the internship.
