APAC product compliance Specialist

About this Position The APAC Product Compliance Sr Specialist will support to manage APAC regulation change, impact and digitalization. What you´ll do Assuring compliance of products with existing legislations under CFDA, EPA etc: a. Keep track of up-to-date regulatory requirements for products so as to comply with legal requirements, local authorities and regulations, as well as Henkel Standards. b. Impact assessment for regulation/chemical change on products level within Asia. c. Support innovation project on regulatory compliance and provide regulatory assessment. d. Align and take action with global team, LMU and Asia PD for draft of new regulations or standards. APAC sustainability and package regulation monitoring: a. Support to collect and track sustainability and package regulation change within Asia. b. Support to set up advocacy strategy. PSRA digitalization: a. Harmonize or simplify PSRA related processes via digital tool if available to increase efficiency. b. Maintain PSRA site and SharePoint.
