Junior designer/HTML developer

We carry out the large and mid-size projects for variouse business sectors, like banking, insurance, telco and public administration.    We are looking for a talented UI Designer/HTML Developer. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.   Responsibilities: Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Requirements: Proven UI experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in Photoshop, Balsamiq or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 Strong knowledge of web standards Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process   What we offer: Attractive base salary + Performance based bonus Interesting and Challenging job Teamwork with highly qualified people Opportunity to work on international projects (with a team of different countries) Great working atmosphere in a rapidly growing company Career opportunities and wide range of tasks and responsibilities Personal and professional development ensured (trainings, courses) Corporate health insurance Flexible work schedule
