Join our dynamic team and be part of our journey to become one of the best e-commerce agencies. Key Responsibilities Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits for D2C brands. Analyze UI/UX, website performance, marketing funnels, and customer journeys. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure audits are completed on time. Prioritize recommendations based on expected impact on conversion rate, AOV, and retention. Prepare clear, actionable audit reports with well-supported insights . What We Expect from Candidates Understanding of performance marketing (CAC, ROAS, campaign structure). Basic knowledge of website performance and how websites function. Familiarity with the D2C/e-commerce ecosystem and customer journey from acquisition to delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact issues. Good communication and plain writing skills to explain recommendations clearly. Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through in managing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with GA4 , Shopify Analytics, or similar tools. Hands-on e-commerce experience, such as managing an online store.
