Operations and Field Lead

Manage day to day field activities, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth execution of farming and land operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily farming and field activities Track land parcels, crops, and seasonal progress Ensure work plans are followed on ground Assign tasks to Farmer Coordinators and Land Coordinator Monitor daily field movement and attendance Support onboarding of new field staff Act as the main link between farmers and Kisaanu Support Producer Company activities and meetings Help resolve basic field level issues Maintain simple land and farmer records Submit weekly progress reports to management Highlight risks, delays, or challenges clearly Eligibility Diploma or BSc in Agriculture or strong farming background Familiar with villages and people in Amethi region Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic Excel Honest, reliable, and responsible Support system Mentored by retired agriculture experts and guided by Kisaanu leadership Recruitment policy: We do not take any fees, commission, bribe, recommendation, or reference for any job.
