Farmer Coordinator

Work directly with farmers to build trust, collect information, and support activities under Kisaanu guidance. Responsibilities Conduct village visits and farmer meetings Explain Kisaanu model clearly Support onboarding and documentation Collect crop, land, and farmer data Assist in training programs and meetings Eligibility Local resident preferred Good communication in Hindi or local dialect Comfortable traveling to villages Trustworthy and polite with farmers Support system Guided by Operations and Field Lead and mentored by retired agriculture experts Recruitment policy: We do not take any fees, commission, bribe, recommendation, or reference for any job.
