Drafter

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between design intent and physical reality. You and others from the team will interact closely with homeowners and builders alike to produce unassailable sets of technical drawings that serve as exact instructions for the construction team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of material behavior, outstanding software mastery, a passion for technical precision, and an affinity to add value to a team of designers.  Key Responsibilities  Meet and exceed fast deadlines with high-quality drawings  Communicate daily with leadership on the progress of assigned projects  Responsible for handling 6-8 projects at a time  Translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents  Maintain pristine title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and consistent dimension strings across all drawing sets  Ensure drawings comply with American building standards, local ordinances, and state building codes  Incorporate client and team redlines and revisions accurately and efficiently  Collaborate closely with homeowners, builders, and the design team throughout each project  Proactively identify and flag potential design or documentation issues before they impact timelines  Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proficient in AutoCAD LT and drafting in the imperial system  Must seamlessly translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents  Pristine execution of title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and highly consistent dimension strings  Strong understanding of American building standards  Foundational understanding of local ordinances and state building codes  Proactive, forward-thinking mindset  Strong English proficiency and communication skills  Benefits Above market salary HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents Government-mandated benefits Performance-based Incentives Quarterly Company Events 1,000 PHP De Minimis Equipment and software provided
