Position Overview - Lead Geomatics Developer Code new product features based upon functional requirements and technical specifications. Conduct unit testing of produced work to validate functionality. Conduct unit testing to ensure performance goals are achieved. Resolve product defects reported by product support and quality assurance. Follow the established software development methodology. Review the work of peers to ensure consistency and quality. Provide status updates of work progress and keep up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies. Job Requirements Technical Requirements: Experience in coding both Web and Windows Form based applications using Microsoft technologies. At least 5 years of experience with C#. At least 5 years of ASP web development. Experience in writing software utilizing ADO.NET, and XML. Proficiency in ArcGIS APIs and .Net REST web services (C#). At least 3 years of experience in writing software that runs against either Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. Develop and Modify SQL stored procedures. Extensive experience with Esri ArcObjects, Esri ArcGIS. An ability to design and construct extensions in ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Server. Desired Skills & Experience: An understanding of coordinate systems and projection systems, and the ability to work with and program against Esri geodatabases. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills and a strong working knowledge of object-oriented concepts and software patterns. Prefer candidates that are self-motivated and able to participate in the organization and execution of large-scale projects. Experience with ArcSDE/ArcServer configuration Experience working with very large datasets and databases. Experience with Data Warehousing. Experience with oil and gas applications Experience with Pipeline Open Data Standard (PODS) Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. QHSE Requirements: Learns & actively promotes the INTECSEA EMS and HSE in accordance with the HSE Guideline for INTECSEA Personnel.
