Purpose of the Job The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring that the Asset Integrity Management processes, including the Asset Integrity Framework, are properly complied to. The incumbent will be the owner of a variety of Project Asset Integrity Strategies and track progress of compliance through the various phases of the Projects. No direct subordinates. The incumbent will report to the Technology Manager but will interface closely with the Project teams. Principal Accountabilities The primary accountabilities for the Asset Integrity Engineer are to: Comply with the requirements of AI. Identify the discipline Safety Critical Elements and establish the related Performance Standards (PS) Educate and coach the Project team on Integrity requirements Verify the Performance Standards for each project phase Write the Project Technical Integrity Plan, and revise as necessary. Report on progress of AI activities and readiness for handover Prepare the AI Strategies for the Project Managers Audit the Project team on compliance. Contribute to the development of the HSE cases Safe operating envelopes/parameters are established for each equipment/system Maintenance and inspection routines (including for SCEs) are developed Comply with the approved Management of Change and Deviation Control processes Define, build on and own a projects operations philosophy and requirements for Maintenance & Integrity Prepare and own the Integrity deliverables using the related standards, processes, tools & systems, and ensure their incorporation in the PEP and full implementation Contribute to Project Delivery ensuring it is implemented and realised Challenge Total reliability & asset integrity for projects and operating facilities Robust and effective maintenance and integrity management systems Maintenance and Integrity views are represented at a high level and included in facility design. Brown and Greenfield Project Consistently sell the message of Technology Development opportunities The development opportunities include working in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment, exposure to a large international Contractor, manufacturers, experienced consultants from INTECSEA and other organisations. Exposure to Subsea and Pipelines techniques. Job Requirements Experience/Qualifications Required Engineering degree or equivalent. Extensive experience in Maintenance & Integrity in both operations and engineering, in field and support roles. A good background and knowledge of project execution, maintenance, operations, Asset Integrity, HSE management, organizational development, maintenance & corrosion management systems, and maintenance & integrity support contracts is essential. Overall experience over a wide range of the E&P project lifecycle (infrastructure design, FEED, detailed design, contracting & procurement, commissioning/start-up, air/land/marine operations is preferred. Senior technical or operations professionals with a background in either of production / maintenance operations, asset management and/or project supervision (e.g. commissioning) with demonstrable experience in the areas of interest for the job. Good inter-personal, communications, influencing and presentation skills are essential. Team player. Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentations) are essential. Working under pressure in challenging environment. Ability to successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders. Capable of rigorously implementing and enforcing global standards, procedures and Maintenance work processes
