Director, Talent Management Programs

Ford is transforming – and talent is at the heart of it. As a leader within the Talent and Organizational Development COE, you'll build and elevate how we develop talent across our entire salaried workforce, making it a true driver of the company's transformation. You'll lead talent and organization development initiatives across multiple locations, owning their budgets, performance, and results. You'll work hand-in-hand with senior HR leaders and partners across the company to solve complex talent challenges, and you'll shape how we communicate about these programs, crafting the strategy and making sure it lands well with employees.
