As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of industrial temporary structure projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (additional hours and travel as project demands require)</p> <p><strong>Travel</strong>: 45-50%</p> <h2><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage multiple temporary structure projects from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.</li> <li>Coordinate field installation crews, subcontractors, transportation, and equipment to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of each project.</li> <li>Conduct pre-job planning, site visits, and project kickoff meetings to identify logistics, safety requirements, and project risks.</li> <li>Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.</li> <li>Monitor project budgets, job costs, change orders, and project profitability.</li> <li>Ensure all installations comply with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.</li> <li>Partner closely with the sales, operations, logistics, and service teams to provide seamless project execution.</li> <li>Track project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to customers and leadership.</li> <li>Perform final project inspections and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project execution, safety, and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h2> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you'll feel it from day one. You bring grit, heart, and humility to your work, and you're excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</p> <p>We're looking for people who:</p> <ul> <li>See challenges as opportunities</li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced construction environments</li> <li>Take ownership of projects and deliver results</li> <li>Communicate effectively with customers, field crews, and leadership</li> <li>Embrace change and continuous improvement</li> <li>Bring energy, effort, and optimism every day</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required Skills/Abilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong project management, organizational, and scheduling skills.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple construction or industrial projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Experience coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries.</li> <li>Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA compliance.</li> <li>Ability to solve problems quickly in dynamic field environments.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with temporary structures, clear-span structures, industrial tents, temporary warehouses, modular facilities, scaffolding, or similar construction projects.</li> <li>Experience supporting refinery turnarounds, industrial shutdowns, petrochemical facilities, manufacturing, commercial construction, or large industrial projects.</li> <li>OSHA 30 certification is preferred.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Education & Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required;</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience leading field operations and managing customer-facing construction projects.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to walk active construction sites and uneven terrain for extended periods.</li> <li>Ability to climb ladders and safely access temporary structures when necessary.</li> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li> <li>Ability to travel regularly to customer job sites throughout the assigned territory.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>A Workplace For All</strong></h2> <p>At Equipme
