Director of Operations

DNAM Brands is a  family-owned and operated owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more.   As we continue to scale our wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and global distribution business, we are seeking an experienced  Director of Operations  to lead and optimize our end-to-end operational infrastructure.   This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing logistics, fulfillment, inventory flow, third-party warehouse operations, customer experience, ecommerce operations, and cross-functional execution. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Director of Operations will build scalable operational processes, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution across product launches, wholesale fulfillment, ecommerce operations, and international supply chain management. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that support rapid business growth.
