Door Attendant - Carillon Hotel and Spa

Position: Door Attendant Location: Carillon Hotel and Spa (6801 Collins Ave) Pay: $17/hour (This is a non-tipped position) Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; 11am to 7pm At Reimagined Parking, we believe great people drive great results. This position is responsible for providing courteous, professional service to all guests while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment that exceeds client expectations.  The Door Attendant works closely with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to uphold service standards and support overall site operations.  Key Responsibilities Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests in a friendly, professional manner   Open and close main entrance doors for all guests (not limited to valet customers)   Provide concierge-style assistance, including:   Directing guests to on-site amenities and services  Coordinating taxi, rideshare, or shuttle services  Notifying valet attendants of vehicle requests  Communicating guest arrivals to front desk personnel when applicable  Address guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly with professionalism and respect   Escalate guest issues or operational concerns to the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager as needed   Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times   Monitor entry areas to ensure a safe and organized environment   Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns  Skills, Knowledge and Expertise At least 18 years of age Previous customer service experience, preferred  Excellent customer service and communication skills  Ability to verbally communicate with guests  Benefits Join our team and enjoy an outstanding benefits package, including:     (Full Time Only) Generous Paid Time Off : Enjoy 10 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge.   Comprehensive Health Plans : Access top-notch Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family.
