Pipeline Engineer

Technical Requirements: Ability to independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications under supervision. Good teamwork and ability to communicate effectively in client meetings. Position Summary: You will be required work in a team of mechanical engineers in Rio, performing Pre-FEED, FEED and detail design of pipelines systems, including numerical and analytical calculations, material requisitions and specifications. You may be required to support and verify the drafters activities such as the preparation of subsea lay outs and alignment sheets.  Typical Responsibilities: Prepares calculations and sketches, runs specific software, provides data summaries and narratives for inclusion in written reports. Provides engineering support to project team by completing specific assignments and gathering information. May supervise the work of drafters or others who assist on assignments.     Job Requirements Desired Skills & Experience: Ability to work in teams and interface/work closely with other disciplines in the project team and with client; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, being able to proper communicate at all levels within the organization. Education & Experience: Bachelors of Science in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field. 1 or 2 years relevant experience QHSE Requirements: Is capable of learning and then training others in specific areas of the INTECSEA QMS processes and guidelines and in accordance with HSE Guideline for INTECSEA Personnel
