E-commerce Operations Supervisor

DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As our direct-to-consumer business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our e-commerce fulfillment operations and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.   The E-commerce Operations Supervisor will lead daily e-commerce warehouse operations, overseeing online order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping processes, and warehouse staff productivity. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented leader with strong Shopify experience who can effectively manage a team of up to 8 employees while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where meeting shipping deadlines is critical.
