Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketer to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce domain. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing Strategy Creation, client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Mandatory experience with D2C/E-commerce brands Strong expertise in both Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience in scaling campaigns with ROAS/CAC optimization Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (preferred) Understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixel & Conversion Tracking Strong analytical and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google   Manage full-funnel acquisition campaigns for E-commerce brands Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs Coordinate with creative and tech teams for campaign execution Share insights, reports, and growth recommendations Note :   Candidates without D2C/E-commerce exposure will not be considered.
